Future Leaders Society (FLS) is a youth leadership organization dedicated to empowering the next generation through leadership development, civic awareness, cultural understanding, and community engagement. Founded under the umbrella of the America Korea United Society (AKUS), FLS provides students with opportunities to grow as confident, thoughtful, and globally minded leaders.

Our mission is to empower and uplift the next generation of young leaders in America by fostering leadership, cultural awareness, and community engagement. We are committed to helping youth understand their roots, embrace their identity, and grow into respected leaders who inspire positive change within their communities and beyond.

We aim to bridge cultural gaps, strengthen intergenerational ties, and lay a foundation for young leaders to build a better, more inclusive future.
